Privacy notice
This notice explains what happens to the personal data you give us through zetavo.co.uk. We've kept it short because we collect very little.
Who we are
Zetavo Limited is the controller of your personal data. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 14540008, at The Station, 77 Canal Road, Leeds LS12 2LX. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under reference ZB639265.
For anything about your data, email enquiries@zetavo.co.uk.
What we collect and why
When you use the enquiry form we receive your name, your email address, your company if you give it, and your message. If you email us directly we receive whatever you choose to send.
We use it only to reply to you and, if we go on to work together, to set up and run that work. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries about our services, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
We won't add you to a mailing list, and we never sell or share your details for marketing.
Who handles it for us
- Netlify hosts this website and receives enquiry form submissions.
- Microsoft 365 holds our email and business records.
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces on this site, so your browser connects to Google, which sees your IP address.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they rely on safeguards recognised under UK law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
If an enquiry doesn't lead to work, we delete it within twelve months. If we work together, records are kept for six years from the end of the engagement, then reviewed and deleted.
Cookies
This site doesn't set any cookies of its own and doesn't use analytics or advertising trackers.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict it. Email us and we'll acknowledge within five working days and respond within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We'd appreciate the chance to put it right first.
